First, we begin with a bit of vocabulary to express how you like something over another. Then, vocabulary to express your opinion in a more elaborated speech and also be able to debate with another partner.

Expressing opinion

This is a fun and informative presentation about the use of SHOULD/SHOULDN\'T and OUGHT TO/OUGHT NOT TO. It\'s recommended for adults and high school students from Elementary or Pre Intermediate levels. There is a ball activity related to giving advice, a quiz and a song. Enjoy!

ADVICE (SHOULD)

Based on a TED talk this is suitable for levels b1 to c1. The link to the ted talk is in the powerpoint. The first questions relate to the video while the last questions are more generally about driving. This is a complete speaking and listening lesson.
