Electronic Assistant

Shopping - Role game

This is a telephone role play that can be used to give students practice with the vocabulary they learned from the Ailments and Treatments Matching Worksheet I've previously uploaded. This activity takes a little bit of prep but I think it is worth it. Instructions are included. My kids enjoyed it and they get a lot of speaking and listening practice out of it : )

Health Telephone Role Play

This is a powerpoint presentation with some examples of how to ask for and give directions. Then the students have a map with some buildings and, in pairs, they come to the front of the class simulating dialogues. They have several places they can go to.

Giving Directions

Conversation class on jobs.  This will introduce some simple workplace vocabulary and encourage using adjectives to describe different jobs.  The class ends with a job interview role play or a talk on 'the hardest job'.  Add a video on job interviews and you have a complete class.
